Marketing Associate

Overview of Responsibilities

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for helping with the implementation of marketing strategy to generate brand awareness and grow marketing qualified leads. This includes building social media campaigns, tracking SEO, developing website content, and reporting on ROI analytics. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is comfortable handling large data sets and creating data visualizations for marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform research and data analysis on the latest trends in B2B markets.
  • Assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Design and present new social media campaigns to grow customer engagement.
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending e-commerce news, ideas, and feedback that can be shared to build engagement and educate our users.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media, and website content.
  • Create reports on marketing metrics to help track KPIs and determine ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Ability to visualize and interpret data
  • Fast learner with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and WordPress a plus
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn industry tools a plus: Hubspot, Moz, Google Analytics, Sales Nav, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Software R, Tableau
  • Hubspot Certified, Google Ads Certification a plus

Account Manager

Overview of Responsibilities

The Customer Support Specialist will provide training, solutions, and support to customers. Working in a collaborative manner with both the operations team and the product development team, the Customer Support Specialist will relay customer feedback to help drive customer success and product growth.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or our ticket system
  • Analyze and report to our dev team product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or replicating issues)
  • Update our internal systems with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Share customer feedback with relevant team members to inform product improvement

Qualifications:

  • MS Office proficient, specifically Excel
  • Comfortable and willing to handle data
  • Effective written and oral communicator
  • Flexible and willing to learn about our product and various e-commerce platforms
