CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
At Reviewbox we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Here’s what we’re looking for in a Customer Support Specialist:
1) Someone that wants to work for a small and rapidly growing software company
2) Someone that enjoys working with customers over the phone and via email
3) Someone comfortable with using modern cloud-based software and skilled in Excel
4) Someone with strong communication skills and who can work autonomously
Your responsibilities will include:
1) Becoming an expert Reviewbox user
2) Helping customers create and manage their Reviewbox accounts
3) Investigating any issues and suggesting ideas on how to help improve the software
4) Other duties as assigned
This full-time position is based in Knoxville, TN.
